week in the life - wednesday

Well, I've taken pictures for three days now, but I think I'm going to have to leave the house and go somewhere today. I'm running out of things to take pictures of around here. This is harder when there aren't kids involved and when I'm not working (or so it seems after looking at so many blogs of people doing this project.)

I made some homemade granola and did my Bible study while it baked. Yum!

laundry. the never-ending job. i decided to take a picture of the inside of the washing machine because i already know this particular style is on its way out. when we were looking at appliances recently, there was only one of this kind with the big agitator in the store. they're switching over to the energy efficient kinds that use less water.

the living room. notice the 4th of july stuff is still out. i don't care. i'm leaving it out til august.

could there be any worse job than cleaning the bathroom? particularly the shower. i hate that job.

while the rest of the country is melting in all the heat, i made homemade tomato soup for lunch. soup in july. how weird is that?

yeah! after 3 1/2 weeks in the shop, we finally got the jeep back. $2,400 worth of repairs that were covered under the extended warranty. we paid $39 for an oil change and that was it! that is a huge answer to prayer.

my dr. phil watching the dr. phil.

waiting for dinner. chicken marsala that i didn't quite have enough marsala wine for. oh well. it wasn't too bad.

And that was another day in the week of my life.
