the scariest sign ever displayed in a school staff workroom

Today I ventured off to a new school. You know, Mrs. B., para-sub extraordinaire. It was a cold and rainy day and after walking from the portable to the main building I was ready for some coffee. It wasn't a terribly long walk, but I was cold none-the-less. After I found my way to the coffee pot, I looked up and noticed this sign.

Fortunately, I didn't empty the pot, but I appreciate the fair warning about the tribunal.

I'm finding this sub gig to be somewhat interesting. Today I was in an open building. There were no walls separating classrooms in the whole entire place. That was so weird. You look out over the file cabinets and book shelves and see teachers all the way across the building. I don't think I could handle it on a daily basis. The third grade teacher I assisted said that it took her a while to get used to it but now she tunes out the extra noises and the kids seem to be fine with it as well, BUT, when a child is giving the teacher grief, everybody suffers. Doesn't that sound like fun?

I don't think I could handle that style of classes either. We only have 14 students in my class and it is hard for me to tune that out. :) I love hearing about your adventures. Oh I wish you were in the Evergreen. My co-worker has a sub today and I can only dream what it would be like if you and I could work together for a day. Total fun.
