look what santa brought me

Santa came disguised as my dear friend Barbara early on Christmas morning. She secretly left a bag of Christmas goodness on the front porch. Inside (prepare yourselves). . . the Collectible Presidential Chia Obama "Determined" - Special Edition. Apparently ever since I blogged about seeing the Obama Chia and the Statue of Liberty Chia and the Abraham Lincoln Chia at Fred Meyer, she thought of me every time she saw them. Merry Christmas to me! And Santa didn't forget about Barbara either. He brought her a new baby grandson Christmas afternoon!

So, my blogging friends, you know I will be sharing the whole kit & kaboodle of my very first Chia with you right here on this blog. It's much too good to keep to myself. In just 1-2 weeks, we will experience full hair growth!

Here's what it came with: a handmade Obama planter, Chia seed packet for 3 plantings (so if the first one goes awry, we've got a backup), a convenient plastic drip tray, and the planting and care instruction sheet.

As it says on the side of the box, "Hail to the Ch-Ch-Ch-Chief."

PS: If you're wondering what the heck is wrong with my hair, well, I just woke up from a nap on my new chair. And I have a slight issue with static.
