the return of the sunday soupers

If you've been reading my blog for any length of time (say as in, since last fall), then you'll know that Sunday night is soup night over here in Berg Land. With this being the first Sunday of fall, and even though it's about 75 degrees outside, I kicked it off with a real bang bringing back an oldie but a goodie, chicken tortellini soup. Mmmmm.

The recipe has now been revised because I throw in a can of corn and use two cans of chicken breast (all drained, of course) that you get in the big gigantic package at Costco instead of spending all that time boiling and cutting up chicken. It's made my life much easier.
